The New Pemaquid Beach Pavilion is a series of small shingled shed buildings that are arrayed along a spine that leads from the parking area to the beach. The buildings frame views of the water and relate strongly to the back dune area by creating outdoor rooms for a variety of activities. It is a lovely family beach and a civic amenity that has been enjoyed over a generation. All landscape and building elements were made with durable materials that will weather and perform well over time.
